妊娠合并特发性血小板减少性紫癜的诊治进展 被引量：1

摘要 特发性血小板减少性紫癜（idiopathicthrombocytopenicpurpura，ITP）是临床较为常见的出血性疾病，表现为皮肤、黏膜出血，血小板数量减少及其寿命缩短，骨髓内巨核细胞数量正常或增多，但伴有发育及成熟障碍，患者血清或血小板表面常存在抗血小板抗体，因此又称为免疫性血小板减少性紫癜。妊娠合并ITP的发生率为0．1％～0．2％。
