3.0T磁共振波谱成像测定新生儿脑代谢物的临床应用研究

摘要 目的:通过测定新生儿脑组织中的脑代谢物浓度,评价其在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤(H IBD)中的价值。方法:选择5例健康新生儿设为健康组,22例早产儿设为早产组,采用磁共振成像(T1W I、T2W I)与2D-1HMRS检查测定后,分析脑组织中的脑代谢物Cho、NAA、Cr、Lac浓度及NAA/Cr、NAA/Cho、Cho/Cr、Cho/NAA、Cr/NAA比值。结果:健康组与早产组Cho、NAA、Lac、Cho/Cr、Cho/NAA、Cr/NAA比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);NAA/Cr、NAA/Cho比较,差异具有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:MRS测定新生儿脑组织中的脑代谢物浓度,可为颅脑代谢异常提供参考指标,有助于H IBD的早期诊断。
