浅谈周岱翰教授从脾胃学说论治肿瘤的临床经验

总结周岱翰教授运用脾胃学说论治肿瘤的临床经验。周教授认为:1)治疗晚期肿瘤,论治不忘补中,健脾不忘通腑。2)重视饮食调理,药治食疗并重。3)遣方用药,贵在灵活。周教授把脾胃学说理论应用到恶性肿瘤的辨治上,是对脾胃学说的进一步发展与补充,体现了"师古而不泥古"的精神。

To summarize the clinical experience of tumor therapeutics which is applied by the theory of spleen and stomach from Professor Zhou Dai-han.Professor Zhou said that there are three important points during the treatment of tumor in advanced stage.First,doctors should pay attention to invigorating the function of the spleen and bowel movement.Second,doctors need to attach importance to dietary as same as drug therapy.Third,doctors ought to use traditional Chinese medicine in a flexible way according to individual circumstance.Generally speaking,Professor Zhou applies the theory of spleen and stomach to the diagnosis and treatment of tumor in the usual treatment,and shows the concept of ＂Following the tradition but not stagnating＂ spirit.
