摘要
目的:采用大孔树脂对双黄连粉针中君药连翘进行精制,优选出最佳的树脂以及洗脱条件。方法:采用吸附、洗脱试验确定精制连翘的最佳树脂,绘制泄漏曲线确定树脂的上样量。结果:双黄连粉针中君药连翘精制的最佳树脂为NKA-9,上样量在5∶4~5∶6(树脂:原药材)的范围内,4BV蒸馏水去杂质,3BV 40%乙醇解吸附。结论:为精制双黄连粉针中君药连翘优选了一套合理稳定的工艺,并为该药二次开发打基础。
Objective: Using macroporous adsorptive resin for Shuanghuanglian plenty licensing injection of forsythia refining,optimizing the best resins and elution requirement.Methods: Adopt adsorption,elution test to determine the best resin,refined forsythia drawing leakage curve to determine the resin on the sample weight.Results: Shuanghuanglian plenty licensing injection in the best forsythia refined resin as NKA-9,the sample weight for 5∶ 4-5∶ 6(resin: original medicinal materials),within the scope of the 4BV distilled water to impurities,3BV40 % ethanol desorption attached.Conclusion:As refined Shuanghuanglian plenty licensing injection of forsythia there are a set of reasonable selective processes for the solid foundation of the secondary development.
