2000～2009年针灸治疗抑郁症的文献计量学分析

The Bibliometrics Analysis on Clinical Trials of Treating Depression by Acupuncture from 2000 to 2009

目的:采用文献计量学方法对近10年针灸(含中西医结合)治疗抑郁症现代文献特征进行分析,以总结规律,指导临床及科研。方法:制定文献的纳入标准、排除标准以及文献检索策略,检索时间为2000年1月1日至2009年12月31日,检索中国期刊全文数据库等电子数据库,获得国内有关抑郁症的临床研究文献,并对这些文献进行文献数量、地区分布、期刊分布、研究单位、研究性质、西医诊断标准的参考文献、治疗方法、选穴等方面的计量学研究。结果:10年间国内正式发表了327篇针灸(含中西医结合)治疗抑郁症文献,数量总体呈上升趋势。北京、广东、天津等地区对其研究处于领先地位。文献集中发表于针灸临床杂志、上海针灸杂志、中国针灸等杂志;研究方向主要集中在防治措施研究、综述、临床经验总结等;主要以刺灸法综合疗法、中西医结合疗法、电针等方法为主要文献研究的治疗手段;主要以百会、印堂、内关等为主穴。实验对照组主要选用西药SSR Is类抗抑郁药物,其中使用最广泛的为氟西汀。结论:针灸对抑郁症的临床引来越来越多国内医务人员的关注,其中绝大多数人还进行了相关研究,现已形成热点研究地区、重点研究方向和穴位选择数据库等,为以后规范针灸治疗抑郁症的研究提供依据。

Objective：The characteristics of recent-ten-years＇ literatures on acupuncture therapy in the treatment of depression（including the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine） were analysed by bibliometrics in order to draw out the basic disciplines and guide clinical practice and experimental research.Methods：Inclusion and exclusion criteria of literatures,and retrieval methods,retrieval tools and retrieval time were predetermined to obtain domestic relevant clinical-research literatures considered correctly.The literatures were analysed by metrology in the characteristic,research properties,therapeutic methods,acupoint selection and so on.Results：During the past ten years,327 papers about acupuncture therapy for depression（including combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine literatures） were formally published in China and as a whole,the paper quantity had an increasing trend.The related researches in Beijing and Guangdong moved into the lead.These papers were mainly published in Journal of Clinical Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,and the research direction was mostly focused on the prevention and treatment methods,review and the clinical experience.Treatment group principally adopted acupuncture comprehensive methods,the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine,electro-acupuncture and other therapies,and the mainly used acupoints were Baihui（GV20）,Yingtang（GV29） and Neiguan（PC6）.Control group mainly used SSRIs,pure western treatment,as the antidepressant medicine.Conclusion：Acupuncture therapy for depression has gradually attracted people＇s attention.Related researches are increasing,and now key research centers,significant research directions,and acupoint databases have formed,which provide basis for the development of standardized acupuncture therapy for depression.
