摘要
脑缺血后的炎性反应在脑缺血损伤中发挥重要作用。脑缺血损伤诱导的炎性反应是一个复杂的动态过程,包括一系列炎性细胞和炎性因子的参与。本文对近几年脑缺血/再灌注的损伤机制、针刺和中药对脑缺血损伤炎性反应的神经保护机制进行综述。
Inflammatory reaction after cerebral ischemia plays an important role in cerebral ischemia injury.The inflammatory reaction induced by cerebral ischemia injury is a complex dynamic process,including a series of inflammatory cells and inflammatory factors involved.This paper is to review the mechanisms of cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury,and the nerve protective mechanisms of acupuncture and Chinese herbal to cerebral ischemia injury inflammatory reaction.
