摘要
研究了表面特性各异的炭黑在水性体系中的分散,发现阴离子和两性聚合物分散剂及流水端为条环的非离子表面活性剂均有分散炭黑的能力,但它们与发黑粒子表面的结合方式不同,以低选择性的vanderWaal力和平面分子间的π-π力相结合,有利于炭黑的分散和所形成分散液的稳定.
The dispersions of carbon b1acks with different dispersants in a waterborne system are investigated. The carbon blacks exhibit distinguished surface characteristics and the adopted dispersants are anionic polymer,amphoteric polymer and nonionic surfactant taking naphthalene ring as the hydrophobic end. The carbon blacks can be dispersed with each of the dispersants,but the interactions between carbon blacks and dispersants vary with the dispersant structures. It is beneficial for the dispersiion and the stability of obtained slurries when the particles interact with dispersants in van der Waal's forces and π-π interaction.
