乳腺错构瘤的病理基础及X线表现分析

Amalysis of The Pathological and X-ray Features in Breast Hamartoma

目的:分析讨论乳腺错构瘤的病理基础及X线表现。方法:收集本院近5年经手术病理证实的乳腺错构瘤患者9例,分析其病理及X线表现,所有病例采用意大利GITTO乳腺机摄影,用AGFA CR系统处理。结果:9例患者均显示为单侧肿块影,其中4例诊断乳腺错构瘤,3例误诊为腺瘤,1例误诊为积乳囊肿,1例误诊为脂肪瘤。病理表现肉眼观察所有肿块均有完整纤维包膜,镜下可见数量不等,杂乱的乳腺导管、小叶、脂肪组织和纤维组织混合构成。结论:乳腺错构瘤因组织成分的不同,会有不同的X线表现,无论哪种类型的错构瘤均不会以单一形式出现,密度混杂的X线征象是本病的特征性表现。

Objective：Analysis the X-ray features and the pathological basis of the breast hamartoma.Methods：9 patients of breast hamartomas were confirmed pathologically in our hospital in the past five years,X-ray findings and clinical-pathological manifestations wer analyzed.Giotto Digital Mammography and AGFA computed radiography systems were used.Results：9 patients had a unilateral mass,in which 4 cases wre diangosed as breast hamartomas,3 cases were misdiagnosed as adenomas,1 case misdiagnosed as volume milk cyst,and 1 case was misdiagnosed as lipoma.Macroscopically,all the tumors wer surrounded by a fibrous capsule,and the tumors contained mammary duct,lobules,fatty and fibrous tissue of varied quantities and sizes which appeared clutter in microscope.Conclusion：Because of different tissue components,breast hamartoma showed a clear difference in the X-ray images.No matter what types of breast hamartoma,they do not have a single form.The characteristic of breast hamartom on X-ray is the mixed density.
