摘要
阐述了三相异步电动机运行状态判别及在非经济运行状态下就地补偿的数学模型;提出了电动机在负我情况下测量空载多数Po、Io的方法.利用单片机技术研制成功了在线式测试仪,电动机在测试并补偿后,节电效果十分明显.
Lots of three-phase induction motors are operating in non-energy-saving states,and the potency of electricity-saving is very large. This paper puts forward the mathematical models to judge the operation states of the three-phase induction motor and the models of local compensation- The methods of measuring unloaded parameters Po and Io under loaded conditions are also given. By using microprocessor technology,a on-line measuring instrument is successful1y designed,and the actual application shows tangible-results in energy-saving.
