基于泰州市的案例研究论中国公立医院社会责任的认知

Study of Awareness of Social Responsibility in Chinese Public Hospitals

目的研究目前中国公立医院对医院社会责任的认知情况。方法采用多案例研究方法。结果在访谈的3所案例医院中,每家医院都肯定了公益的重要性,但问及是否愿意主动承担社会责任时,每家医院所面对的最突出问题是"如何权衡医院经济性和公益性二者之间的关系"。结论公立医院不应将公益性与经营性完全对立起来,同时政府应加大投入,设计合理的管理体制、运行机制,承担应该承担的责任。

Objective To investigate the awareness of social responsibility in chinese public hospitals.Methods Using case study method.Results In the 3 case hospitals,every hospital affirm the importance of HSR,but asked if willing to undertake the social responsibility,the most prominent question they faced is ＂how to deal with the relationship of profit and HSR＂.Conclusion Public hospitals should not set the public welfare against the hospital profit,and government should increase investment,design reasonable management system and mechanism,and undertake the ralated responsibility.
