国家处方集对临床药学工作的指导作用

The Guidance Role of National Formulary in Clinical Pharmacy

目的阐述不合理用药及其导致的后果。介绍了中国国家处方集"以病带药"的编写特点。方法探讨了《中国国家处方集》对临床药学工作的指导作用。结果与结论按照国家处方集来规范临床医疗行为,对于提高临床药物应用水平、促进医患沟通和临床药学工作起到了积极作用。

Objective In this paper,the consequences of irrational use of drugs are described,the feature of Chinese National Formulary（CNF） compiled by diseases is introduced.Methods The guidance role of CNF on clinical pharmacy is explored.Results and Conclusion Clinical behaviors according to CNF would greatly improve the clinical drug use and promote the communication between patients and doctors as well as the clinical pharmacy＇ work.
