高安市乡镇卫生院基本药物配备及使用情况调查分析

Analysis on Basic Medicines Provision and Use in Health Clinics of Towns and Townships in Gaoan City

目的通过对实施基本药物及合理用药政策在农村地区的状况调查,分析基本药物及合理用药政策对农村用药的影响,并提出相应对策。方法抽样调查14个乡镇卫生院的门诊处方4108张,进行统计学分析。结果基本药物及合理用药政策实施后,并没有改善农村用药存在的不合理现象。结论政策执行力度不够、农村医生长期的用药习惯及患者诱导需求等原因,影响了基本药物及合理用药政策的实施。建议加强政策实施的约束力、加强农村医生的业务培训以及农村居民的卫生宣教等工作,促使基本药物及合理用药政策发挥应有的作用。

Objective In order to analyze the influence of implementing the basic medicines provision and rational drug use policy to the drug use in rural area based on on-site investigation,and to produce the corresponding countermeasures.Methods Author surveyed 4108 medical prescriptions of out-patient department in 14 health clinics of towns and township,and carried out the statistical analysis.Results After implementing the basic medicines provision and rational drug use policy,this irrational drug use has not been improved.Conclusion Because of the insufficient policy executing,long-term formed drug use custom by town and township doctors and patients inducement requirement etc.,the basic medicines provision and rational drug use policy do not obtain the anticipated results in improving the rural drug use.So we make suggestions that reinforce the policy practice sanction,enhance the training to town and township doctors and propagandize and educate villagers in health knowledge in order to urge the policy execution effectively.
