目的了解奥美拉唑的少见不良反应,为临床合理使用提供参考。方法对近几年国内公开发表的医药期刊中有关奥美拉唑的少见不良反应报道进行统计分析。结果奥美拉唑在临床应用中的少见不良反应类型及临床表现呈多样化。结论奥美拉唑所致的少见不良反应应引起临床重视。

Objective To know rare ADRs of omeprazole,provide references for their rational use in the clinic.Methods The omeprazole-induced rare ADRs reports recent published in domestic medical journal were analysed statistically.Results The types and clinical manifestations of rare ADRs in clinical application were diversified.Conclusion The omeprazole-induced rare ADRs call for great attention in the clinic.
