狮子座流星雨的目视和照相观测

VISUAL OBSERVATIONS AND PHOTOGRAPHIC OBSERVATIONS OF LEO METEOR SHOWER

简要介绍了1998年11月17日夜到18日凌晨在北京通县对狮子座流星雨的目现和照相观测情况，以及资料的处理结果．在观测期间，狮子座流星雨的天顶小时率为130颗．照相观测到的一颗流星，照相星等从2.0到2.9然后减弱为5.1，最后消失不见．

The obstrvations of Leo meteor shower are made during the November 17~18,1998 at Tong county of Beijing (λ= 116°35,=39°57'). Both visual and photographic meth ods are used in observations. Based on visual observation, the RZH (zenith hourly rate) of Leometeor shower is 130. One photograph with a meteor trajectory near Leo is given. The photographic magnitude of this meteor is estimated to be 2.0 in the maximum brightness, then it dimed to 5.1, eventually vanished.
