微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定木制品中As含量

摘要 防腐木经钻取、粉碎、过筛处理后,加入硝酸和过氧化氢进行微波消解,消解液稀释定容,采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定其As含量。选定了仪器的最佳测量条件,建立了微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定木制品中As含量的分析方法。As的含量在0~50.0μg/L范围内呈较好的线性关系,线性相关系数大于0.999,方法检出限为0.08mg/kg,RSD小于5%,加标回收率在90%~110%之间。该方法简单快速,已应用于木制品中As含量测定的实际检测工作中。 The woodwork samples were gradually sawn,smashed and sieved,and then digested using HNO_3 and H_2O_2 under microwave dissolution system.The content of Arsenic in the digested solution was measured by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption.Through the study,the optimum operation condition was explored,and the best method was proposed for the determination of Arsenic in woodwork by microwave digest-GFAAS.According to the method,the measured range of calibration curve was 0~50.0μg/L,the correlation coefficient was over 0.999,the detection limit was 0.08mg/kg,the relative standard deviation(RSD)vras less than 5%,and recovery rate was 90%~110%.For its simplicity and rapidness,the method has been applied for determining the As content of wooden products in real work.
