This paper discusses the problem of stabilization and suboptimal control of neutral type nonlinear control system. With the help of the method put forward previously, it discusses the problems involving the stabilization theories of this type of control system, and obtains the estimating formula of the time delaies and the range of the linear items. These results generalize and contain some known conclusions.
