An Exploration on the Sustainable Utilization of Natural Resources at County Level ——A Case Study in Hongya County, Sichuan Province

探讨了县域资源可持续利用的原则，并以四川省洪雅县为例，在分析其资源环境特征以及自然资源利用现状和存在问题的基础上。

The principles of sustainable utilization of natural resources are discussed. Taking the case in Hongya County, Sichuan Province as an example, the county’s characteristics of natural resources and physical environment are analysed. Based on the discussion of the current situation of the existing problems of utilization of natural resources, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
