摘要
用亚精胺( Spd) ,亚胺环己酮( C H M) ,5氟尿嘧啶,(5 Fu) 与钙离子( Ca2 + ) 单独或配合处理小麦离体叶片表明, Spd 对 R N A 含量和 R Nase 活性不存在转录水平的调节,而主要是通过“电荷效应”抑制 R N A 含量降低,对 R Nase 可能通过抑制其合成和由于“电荷效应”
The wheat in vitro blades is disposed by with Spd, CHM, 5 Fu and Ca 2+ alone or coordinately. The result shows that Spd can not regulate RNA content and the activity of RNase in transcription level, but it can inhibit the decrease of RNA and the increase of the activity of RNase depending mainly on “electric charge effect”,and inhibit Rnase′s biosynthesis too.
