摘要
多用途网络化的可编程控制器系统( U N I C O N)是一个具有广泛用途的计算机程序控制系统,适用于自动化控制的各种场所。系统由多个控制器、通讯网络和监控计算机组成,是用计算机网络技术、计算机语音技术和小规模可编程控制器顺序控制技术相结合的方法实现的。系统的构成灵活,采用模块化结构设计。具有: ① 多种不同的工作模式;② 多媒体的语音功能; ③ 独特的用户编程指令,编程方便、灵活; ④ 多种功能扩展模块接口的能力。系统在设计中采用了多种提高可靠性的措施,使系统有较高的可靠性。 U N I C O N
The multi function and networked programmable controller system is a useful computer programming control system (UNICON) with a widely applications. It can be used in almost all the automation controlled systems. The UNICON system consists of controllers, network and supervisory computer. It integrates network, computer phonetic technologies and sequence control technology of small scale programmable controller. The modular design gives the system characteristics: ① flexible structure and different working modes; ② multi media; ③ unique user programming instructions; ④ interface with universal modules for extended functions enable the rich features in the system. Reliability measurements were adopted in order to improve the system performance. The UNICON system has been successfully used in the entertainment robot of Xin Ri robot corporation, and it has also been successfully used in the electric power supervisor system of Han Dan's power supply department.
