Design and Construction of Daylight Roofing Project of Natatorium of Shenzhen Universiade

深圳大运中心游泳馆异型大面积玻璃采光屋面面板,选用透明的夹胶钢化玻璃及钢化夹胶中空玻璃作为外维护材料,支撑结构由H型钢及钢方通等拼焊而成;屋面防水采用了堵、导、排相结合的措施;此外,屋面系统尚设有电动排烟窗、电动遮阳百叶等。文中对屋面钢支撑体系施工放线、钢结构施工吊装以及面板安装施工要点也作出了分析。

The Natatorium of Shenzhen Universiade uses large shaped daylight roofing,which is made up of transparent laminated toughed glass and laminated toughed insulating glass as exterior protective material.Its supporting structure consists of H-shaped steel and square steel welded The idea of blocking,guiding and draining is used in its waterproofing design.In addition,the roof is equipped with power-driven smoke exhaust system and blind windows.The article also describes main points in construction,including setting out of steel supporting system,erection of the steel structure and sheet installation.
