Building Formword-polyurethane Combined Insulation System and Its Application

研究了一种具有结构体-保温体组合结构的新型保温板,其结构体由建筑模网网片及轻钢龙骨构成,以自攻钉或铆钉连接;保温体采用发泡聚氨酯直接浇注、填充在结构体的空腔内,并经连通孔形成连续相。该保温板具有制作工艺简单、易施工、保温节能效果好、抗弯能力强、质量稳定、成本低廉、易于运输等优点。

A new insulation system was developed which consists of two parts,structure and insulation.The structure is made up of building formword and light-gauge steel joists connected with rivets.The insulation is polyurethane foam directly poured into cavity of the structure.The system features easy to use,good energy efficiency,high flexure resistance,consistent quality,low cost and easy to transport.
