中国东中西部出口贸易环境效应比较分析——基于低碳发展的视角

A Comparative Analysis on Environmental Impact of Export Trade in Eastern,Middle and Western Regions in China:Based on Low-carbon Development Angle of View

本文在分析国际贸易理论和东中西部出口贸易现状的基础上,对Gross-man和Krueger(1991)创建的研究自由贸易环境效应的模型进行了一定的改进,用能源转换法,创建了29个省份1995-2007年的二氧化碳排放量面板数据库,用面板模型实证检验了中国东中西部出口对地区碳排放量的影响程度,结论显示,东部11省中有5省的出口与碳排放量高度相关,中部8省中有6省,而西部10省中有5省的出口与该地区碳排放量高度相关。本文对此提出了相应的对策建议。

Based on the international trade theories and the current situation of export trade in the eastern,middle and western regions,through making certain improvement on Grossman and Krueger（1991）＇s model which analyzes the environmental impact of free trade,this paper establishes the panel-database of the carbon dioxide of 29 provinces in year 1995-2007 by the energy conversion technique,examines the influence of export to local carbon discharge from regional point of view.Finally it demonstrates that in the east,the exports of 5 provinces out of 11 are highly related to the carbon discharge,in the middle is 6 out of 8,while in the west,the exports of 5 provinces out of 10 are highly related to the carbon discharge.In the end,this paper proposes certain policy suggestions.
