摘要
薄膜的表面疵点是影响塑料薄膜品质好坏的重要因素之一,准确快速地检测出薄膜的表面疵点在制膜工艺中起着关键性的作用。提出了一种基于Canny边缘检测算子的塑料薄膜有无疵点的粗检测判断方法,并根据疵点相对于塑料薄膜灰度值的差异,用阈值分割方法实现薄膜疵点的精细分类及识别。实验证明,该方法解决了传统检测过程只能针对特定疵点进行特定方法的识别的问题,提高了识别算法的通用性。
The surface defects of plastic film has play an important part on the product quality and quick and accurate detection is the key point for the process of plastic film produce.It has introduce a method base on canny edge detection for whether has the defects or not.It also use the method of gray-scale threshold segmentation for recognition and distinguished the surface defects as different types.The test result shows that the method can resolve the classic detect method that only adapt to for one style defects and improve the apply range.
