基于电流型逆变系统的直流电机转矩脉动抑制

Eliminate Torque Ripple of Brushless DC Motor Based on Current Source Inverter System

摘要 针对电流型变流系统,分析了它们在无刷直流电动机调速系统中的特性,特别是其对电动机转矩的影响,最后采用了以单片机为核心的控制电路及以IGBT为开关器件的主电路对无刷直流电动机进行了实验。实验结果表明:电流型变流系统比电压型变流系统能够达到更好的转矩抑制效果,验证了理论分析的正确性。 A control method of the electromagnetic torque and the orientation torque based on current source inverter is brought forward.The performance of the system is analyzed,and the result provides theory basis for the latter experiment.At last,the experiment installation is set up.The single chip is the selected as the control circuit' core and the main circuits are made up of IGBT.
