封洲禁牧、净化草洲、控制湖区血吸虫病的研究——南昌县泾口乡草洲试点工作小结

Studies on the Purification of Meadow and Control of Schistosomiasis in Lake Area by Means of Isolating the Meadow and Prohibiting Pasture Farming——Brief Summary of Experimental Work on Meadow in the Village Jingkou of County Nanchang

介绍了南昌县泾口乡５４４ ．５ ｈｍ２ 草洲实施封洲禁牧２ 年（１９９６ ～１９９７） 后的结果，草洲的阳性钉螺由０ ．００２ １９ 只／０ ．１１ ｍ２ 下降到零；耕牛血吸虫病由４ ．０１ ％ 下降至０ ．４６ ％ ；居民血吸虫病由７ ．４４ ％ 下降至１ ．８１ ％ ，达到有螺无害控制草洲血吸虫病流行的目的。

Two years (1996～1997) research results of purification of meadow and controlling schistosomiasis of lake area were given in this paper.The research was conducted by enclosing 544.5 hm 2 meadow and prohibiting the cattle farming on the meadow in the village Jingkou of county Nanchang.Positive snail(oncomelania) rate from original 0.002 19/0.11 m\+2 dropped to zero/0.11 m\+2;Schistosomiasis of farm cattle from 4.01% dropped to 0.46%;Schistosomasis of local residents from 7.44% dropped to 1.8%.Achieve the goals of controlling schistosomiasis of meadow at the presence of oncomelania.
