经皮加压钢板在股骨转子间骨折治疗中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 股骨转子间骨折常见于老年患者,随着人口的老龄化,股骨转子间骨折的发病率逐年上升.为了减轻患者的痛苦、避免长时间卧床引起的并发症、尽快恢复患肢的功能、提高患者的生活质量,目前多主张早期手术治疗.自2007年1月至2008年4月,我科应用Orthofix公司经皮加压钢板(PCCP)手术治疗股骨转子间骨折42例,疗效满意,报道如下.
