实时三维超声对贫血患者子宫内膜容积及容受性研究 被引量:1

摘要 子宫内膜容受性是指子宫内膜处于一种允许囊胚定位、粘附、侵入并使内膜间质发生改变,从而导致胚胎着床的状态.子宫内膜形态学的改变、细胞因子的作用、基因的影响均可导致子宫内膜容受性的改变,从而影响生育功能.贫血作为一种妇女常见疾病,可能在一定程度上导致子宫内膜形态学改变,从而影响子宫内膜容受性.本研究利用实时容积三维超声,对处于生育期的不同贫血妇女进行子宫内膜的观察测量,以求了解贫血对子宫内膜容受性是否有影响、是否可导致子宫内膜形态学改变.
