健康教育对脑梗死偏瘫患者康复的影响 被引量：26

摘要 偏瘫是脑梗死致残的主要表现,约75%的患者存在不同程度的劳动能力丧失,严重影响了其日常生活.脑梗死患者普遍年龄偏高,健康知识水平低下,尤其缺乏脑梗死造成偏瘫后的居家康复知识,不仅影响了对治疗及护理的依从性,还直接影响了其生存质量.出院患者健康随访教育作为一种开放式、延伸式健康教育形式,对普及医学知识,拉近医患之间的距离,以及对出院患者生活质量的提升都有着重要意义.近年来,我科对156例脑梗死偏瘫患者出院后进行了常规的出院指导、电话随访和上门指导,取得了较好的效果,现报道如下.
