急性肺栓塞如何选择辅助检查

摘要 急性肺栓塞是常见的心血管病急症，是主要的死亡病因之一，平均死亡率11％。临床上，其症状和体征均无特异性，病情轻重也不尽相同。有的病情严重，同时伴有血流动力学障碍，可出现心源性休克、右心衰竭导致的持续性低血压，
