微波消解样品-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定彩色小麦籽粒中微量元素 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,随着粮食种类增加,市场上出现了新的彩色小麦品种,有白、黑、绿、红、紫等颜色。这种彩色小麦因富含钙、铁、锌等多种微量元素,在小麦种皮上呈现出了不同的色彩。这些特殊颜色的小麦有一定的保健作用,一般颜色愈深,营养价值愈高。这些微量元素对人类能够起到保健作用,此类小麦又被称为保健小麦,它的营养价值引起了不少学者的关注[1-3]。
