摘要
通过对X80级管线钢进行落锤撕裂试验(DWTT),分析了试验温度对DWTT断口形貌的影响以及DWTT异常断口的形成原因。结果表明:异常断口出现的温度区间始终在85%剪切面积对应的温度附近,异常断口试样锤击侧厚度方向变形很大,断口有明显的分层现象。
By means of drop weight tear test (DWTT) for X80 pipeline steel, the effects of test temperature on the fracture morphology after DWTT and the causes of abnormal fracture were analyzed. The results showed that the abnormal fracture always occurred in FATT85 temperature range and the deformation in the thickness direction on the sample side being hammered was great near the abnormal fracture. There was obvious delamination phenomenon in the fracture of the abnormal sample.
