摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶自蔓延燃烧法合成工艺制备得到了DyFeO3纳米粉体,通过热分析(DTA/TG),X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析探讨了溶液pH值对单相DyFeO3的形成和粉末晶粒尺寸大小的影响。研究结果表明,干凝胶能够在400℃以下燃烧基本完全,当pH值为3时,几乎没有杂相的生成,将单相DyFeO3纳米粉体在750℃煅烧温度下并保温三个小时,微晶的尺寸大小在35~80nm范围内。
DyFeO3 nanocrystalline powders were prepared by a sol-gel auto-combustion process in this study. The influence of pH value of the precursor solution on the single phase of DyFeO3 forming and crystallite size of synthesized powders was investigated by thermal analyses (DTA/TG), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results shows the dry gel almost burns completely when the temperature is below 400℃ , when pH value is 3, few other phase has been observed, the crystallite size of the powder calcined at 750℃ for 3h are in the range of 35 - 80nm.
