摘要 目的 探讨核因子-κB(NF-κB)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义.方法 采用免疫组化Envision法检测87例乳腺癌及癌旁乳腺组织中NF-κB(P65)的表达状况.结果 NF-κB(P65)在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达与组织学分级(x2=5.869,6.716,均P<0.05)、淋巴结转移(x2=6.594,P<0.05)、TNM分期(x2=9.408,P<0.05)和人表皮生长因子受体-2(HER-2)的状态(x2=6.228,P<0.05)均有显著相关性;与肿瘤直径的大小、年龄以及雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)的状态无明显相关性.结论 NF-κB(P65)的表达可能是乳腺浸润性导管癌预后较差的危险因素. Objective To explore NF-κB(P65)expression in breast cancer and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expression of NF-κB(P65)and its relationship with related elinicopathological factors were analyzed in eighty-seven IDC(invasive ductal cancinoma).Results NFκB(P65)expression was significantly correlated with lower tumor grading,maxilary lymph node metastasis,later TNM styng and HER-2 positive(all P<0.05),but not with tumor size,age of the patient and the state of ER、PR.Conclusion NF-κB(P65)should be risk factors of poor prognosis in IDC.
