慢性乙型肝炎患者血清干扰素α水平的检测和临床意义被引量：1

摘要 IFN是人体内的一种细胞因子，在健康人体内维持一定水平，具有抗病毒、免疫调节等多种功能。慢性乙型肝炎（慢乙肝）患者体内的IFN在疾病的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用，国内外普遍应用外源性IFN治疗慢乙肝。
