摘要
武钢炼铁厂二制粉CD型仓式泵扩容改造工程中,采用新工艺和新材料研制新型大容积仓式泵,增设气体流化漏斗、按喷吹罐的控制方式配置供气管路、利用微孔烧结板制作大面积流化床,并且采取了多种旨在增加设备结构强度的措施。新型仓式泵系统投产后,运行指标良好,与改造前相比,输送能力提高2倍以上,输送耗气量减少约50% 。
A new big volume bin type pump was developed with the new technical process and new material in the expanding volume transtromation project.In the system ,a gas fluidization funnel was added supply air pipeline was configurated according to the way of controlling the inject tank,the large area fluidized bed was manufactured with a microporous sinter plate and many measures were taken to increase the structure strength of equipment. After the new bin type pump system went into production,the operation index got better,the capacity of conveying powder increased by more than twice of prior to the transtormation,and the consumption of gas volume pro ton powder went down by 50%.
