特发性黄斑裂孔手术后迟发愈合一例

摘要 患者女．60岁。因左眼视力下降、视物变形20d于2010年4月29口米我院就诊。右眼曾诊断为特发性黄斑裂孔，未给予治疗。无眼部红肿、疼痛症状．无神经系统及全身病变史，无外伤史。既往健康。全身检查未见异常。眼部检查：右眼视力0．02．矫正视力0．1（＋0．75DS＋1．0DC×170。）；左眼视力0．1．矫正视力0．2（0．5DS＋0．5DC×180°）。双眼晶状体轻度混浊．外眼及眼前节检食未见异常，
