冷却速率对Al-4.6Cu-Mn合金凝固组织的影响 被引量:4

Effect of cooling rate on solidification microstructure of Al-4.6Cu-Mn alloy

摘要 以添加不同Mn含量的Al-4.6Cu-Mn合金为对象,利用FE-SEM、VNT Quant Lab-MG专业定量金相分析系统软件研究了不同冷却速率下Al-4.6Cu-Mn合金的二次枝晶间距、非平衡共晶相体积分数以及微观凝固组织形貌特征。结果表明:冷却速率在540~106 K.s-1范围时,随着冷却速率的提高,Al-4.6Cu-Mn合金非平衡共晶相体积分数随之降低,二次枝晶间距减小,非平衡共晶相形态细化;当Mn含量增加时,Al-4.6Cu-Mn合金中非平衡共晶相体积分数随之增大。 Solidification microstructure of Al-4.6Cu-Mn alloys with different amount of Mn at different cooling rates were studied by means of field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM) and optical microscopy with VNT Quant Lab-MG software.The results show that the fraction of non-equilibrium eutectic and the secondary dendrite arm spacing(λ2) decrease with increasing cooling rates at 540-106 K·s-1 for Al-4.6Cu-Mn alloy,and the non-equilibrium eutectic is refined.With the increasing of Mn content,fraction of non-equilibrium eutectic increases.
