指形齿轮铣刀是用来加工直齿、斜齿的刀具,由于采用仿形加工原理,所以加工精度较低,为了提高精度,减少误差,采用数控模床制作刀具样板,并对机床传动进行改造,既提高了精度,又提高了效率。
The digital gear hobbing is a tool used for machining straight and skewed teeth. Themachining accuracy is lower for introducing of artificial maching. For the increase of accuracy anddecrease of error, the nummeric control grinders is used to process the sample of cutter and the driveof machine tool is modified,which results in both high accuracy and efficiency.
