亲水性聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶隆乳术后对乳腺细胞免疫功能影响的观察

Influence of breast augmentation surgery by PAAHG on macrophages and immune cell function

目的:探讨亲水性聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶(PAAHG)隆乳术后对乳腺组织CD68巨噬细胞和CD25免疫细胞的影响。方法:采用P-V6000免疫组化法,检测32例PAAHG隆乳术后局部硬结患者(A组)、28例PAAHG隆乳术后无任何异常体征者(B组)以及30例正常乳腺(C组)组织中CD68和CD25的表达。结果:A、B和C组CD68的平均吸光度值分别为0.390 3±0.046 8、0.205 9±0.027 2和0.070 9±0.001 9,CD25的平均吸光度值分别为0.334 8±0.001 8、0.135 9±0.002 0和0.035 4±0.001 6;A、B和C组CD68的阳性表达率分别为90.6%、50.0%和16.7%,CD25的阳性表达率分别为78.1%、32.1%和6.7%。A和B组CD68和CD25的平均吸光度和阳性表达率均高于C组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。A组CD68和CD25的平均吸光度和阳性表达率均高于B组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:PAAHG隆乳术后乳腺出现较强的免疫应答反应和细胞免疫功能紊乱,特别是乳房硬结患者表现为较强的免疫反应。

OBJECTIVE： To study the expressions and significance of CD68 and CD25 in patients undergoing breast augmentation surgery by polyacrylamide hydrogel （PAAHG）. METHODS： The CD68 and CD25 expressions from 32 cases with local breast induration （A group）, 28 cases of no abnormal signs patients （B group） undergoing breast augmentation surgery by PAAHG and 30 cases of normal breast （C group）tissues were detected by P V6000 immunohistochemical method. RESULTS： The average ab sorbance values of CD68 in A, B and C group were respectively 0.3903±0.046 8, 0.205 9±0. 027 2 and 0.070 9±0.001 9, while that of CD25 were respectively 0. 334 8±0. 001 8, 0. 135 9± 0. 002 0 and 0. 035 4±0. 001 6. The positive rate of CD68 in A,B and C group was respectively 90.6%,50.0% and 16.7%, the positive rate of CD25 in A,B and C group was respectively 78. 1%, 32.1%, and 6.7%. The average absorbanee and positive rate of the CD68 and CD25 of A and B groups were higher than that of C group, and the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. The average absorbance and positive rate of the CD68 and CD25 of A group were higher than that of B group, and the difference was signifi cant （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： There is strong immune response and immune function disorders in patients undergoing breast aug mentation surgery by PAAHG, especially in patients with local breast induration.
