原发性纵隔淀粉样瘤一例报告 被引量：2

摘要 1病例资料 患者，男，52岁，农民。于2008—10—14以“刺激性咳嗽3年，痰中带血5d”入院。体格检查：体温37℃，脉搏78次／rain，呼吸20次／min，血压120／80mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa）。患者神志清晰。发育正常，营养良好，全身皮肤黏膜无黄染及出血点，全身浅表淋巴结无肿大，无颈静怒张，气管居中，双侧甲状腺未触及肿大，胸廓外形对称，无畸形，呼吸运动正常，
