摘要
采用有限元法对复合材料蒙皮-加筋大开口结构进行了优化设计,研究孔边补强和加筋补强对大开口结构屈曲特性的影响。结果表明:孔边翻边补强可使应力集中远离孔的自由边,增加翻边深度和宽度皆能提高屈曲载荷;采用共固化加筋要比整体加筋效果明显,同等条件下,优先考虑低而密的筋条布置,同时增加横向筋的数量。
The optimized design of composite skin-stiffened structure with large cutout was conducted by finite element method.The effect of cutout reinforcement and stiffened reinforcement to the buckling load was investigated.The results show that stress concentration is far away from the free edge of hole after flanged reinforcement.The buckling load enhances with increasing both flanged depth and width.The co-cure stiffened is better than integral stiffened.At coordinative condition,the low and dense stiffener is recommended,as well as increasing transverse stiffeners.
