摘要
对比研究了B对添加Ti和复合添加Ti、Nb 的冷轧IF钢板的显微组织和疲劳性能的影响。研究结果表明,B可以细化这两种IF钢的退火组织,改善晶界结合强度,提高疲劳强度。疲劳断口分析结果表明,不加B的IF钢表现出沿晶断裂特征,加B后可使IF钢断裂性能得以改善,表现出穿晶断裂特征。
Effect of boron on fatigue properties of cold rolled Ti bearing and Ti Nb bearing IF sheet steels was investigated through annealing microstructure examination, fatigue tests and fracture surface analysis. It was found that the boron addition is effective to improve the fatigue resistance of Ti bearing IF steel, and the addition of boron and niobium is more effective to refine the annealing microstructure and to enhance the fatigue strength. The results of fracture surface analysis show that IF steel without boron addition exhibits the character of intergranular fracture and that with boron addition transgranular fracture, which leads to the improvement of fatigue resistance.
