铁路区段调度通信系统是供行车调度员与其所管辖的指挥区段内各车站值班员之间进行业务联系的专用通信设备，是为铁路运输行业提供实时信息、实现铁路运输统一指挥的重要手段，因而调度通信在铁路运输生产中发挥着举足轻重的作用。随着铁路高速化进程的日益加快，研制符合中国铁路运营特色，具有数字化、综合化、组网灵活等特点的调度通信系统具有十分重要的意义。本论文阐述铁路数字调度系统总体结构，论述铁路调度系统的优点及缺点。

Railway dispatching communication system is the section of road dispatcher for the command section of i~ jurisdiction and within the operational links between the station attendant special communications equipment for the rail transport industry to provide real-time information and achieve unity command of the important railway means of transport,thus scheduling the production of communication in railway transport plays a significant role.With high-speed rail is accelerating the process,developed in line with China Railway operating characteristics,with digital,integrated, flexible networking features such at dispatching communication system is of great significance.This paper describes the overall structure of the railway digital dispatching system,the railway scheduling system discussed the strengths and weaknesses,about the railway scheduling system introduced features of the hardware components
