摘要
在人们表达思想、传递信息时，图形表达方式比文字表达方式具有更多的优点。一幅图纸能容纳下许多信息，表达内容直观，一目了然，绘图行业也随之应运而生。随着时代的发展和生活的需要，传统的手工制图明显已经不能满足当前各行业的绘图需要，在信息化的大背景下，如何熟练操作计算机辅助设计工具（CAD）显得非常重要，而在使用这些辅助软件之前应该对CAD的基本绘图理论有一定的了解，本文从计算机制图的主要特点入手，从而进一步介绍当前CAD绘图技术基础理论，并尝试分析CAD绘图技术的发展前景。
