摘要 将再生ABS/PC塑料颗粒掺入混凝土中制成塑料改性混凝土,对该改性混凝土进行立方体抗压强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度试验,研究了不同掺量再生ABS/PC塑料颗粒对混凝土力学性能的影响.基于二维圆形随机骨料模型,运用有限元方法进行单轴压缩细观数值模拟,得到了不同掺量下再生塑料改性混凝土的应力-应变曲线;将单轴压缩强度计算值与实验值进行了对比,结果表明:该方法能很好地模拟计算再生塑料改性混凝土的单轴抗压强度. In this experiment,different amount of recycled ABS/PC plastic particles were put into the normal concrete.The test of cubic compressive strength,axial compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength were carried out to study the mechanical performances of the modified concrete with different content of recycled plastic particles.Based on the two-dimensional random round aggregate model,the finite element method was used to numerically simulate the uniaxial compressive strength of the specimen on meso-level,and the stress-strain curves of modified concrete with different plastic content were obtained.The numerical results were compared with the experiment which showed that this method can well be used to simulate the mechanical characteristics of modified concrete with recycled plastic.
