摘要
基于螺旋扭状增强材料在拔出试验过程中显示的螺旋扭增强效应,分析了螺旋扭状增强材料几何形态特征参数,讨论了矩形截面螺旋扭状增强材料在拔出过程中的力学过程,建立了相应的力学模型,推导了数理公式,探求了螺旋扭状增强材料的节距对黏结锚固性能的影响机理,从理论上分析了现行我国冷轧扭钢筋相关标准中对节距规定的局限性.
Based on the evident helical effect of helical and twisted reinforcement material,the geometrical factor of helical and twisted material is analyzed.The process of pullout test of helical and twisted material with rectangular section is discussed.An analytic model of helical effect is designed and the formula is deduced to study the mechanism of helical effect by changing the pitch in the analytic model.The rationality and limitation of the technical specification for concrete structural element with cold-rolled and twisted bars is proved theoretically.
