摘要
测定了中国铁路轨道系统(CRTS)Ⅰ型板式无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青(CA)砂浆搅拌功率随时间变化曲线——搅拌功率曲线,并对搅拌功率进行了微分求导及波动分析.结果表明:依据搅拌功率曲线特征,CA砂浆的搅拌过程可分为液相均匀、干料球形成、干料球分散、干料球浸润、干料球破碎、悬浮液均匀6个阶段;依据搅拌功率波动曲线特征,CA砂浆的搅拌过程可分为液相均匀、干料球均匀和悬浮液均匀3个区域.CA砂浆搅拌动力学可为其搅拌工艺的选择提供重要的依据.
The variation of mixing power consumption of China railway track system(CRTS)Ⅰ type ballastless slab tracks cement and emulsified asphalt(CA) mortar with time was tested.The derivative and fluctuation of mixing power comsumption were analyzed.Results show that based on the characteristic of mixing power consumption curve,the mixing of CA mortar can be divided into 6 stages,i.e.the liquid homogenization,the formation of dry granule,the dry granule homogenization,the soakage of dry granule,the break of dry granule and the suspension homogenization.Furthermore,based on the characteristic of fluctuation curve of mixing power consumption,the mixing can be divided into 3 homogenization zones,i.e.the liquid homogenization zone,the dry granule homogenization zone and suspension homogenization zone.The mixing kinetics of CA mortar can provide basis for its mixing technology.
