牛CTSB基因第6内含子SNP与经济性状的关联分析 被引量:2

摘要 以174头西门塔尔牛和鲁西黄牛的杂交后代作为试验动物,利用PCR-RFLP方法对组织蛋白酶B基因(cathepsin B,CTSB)内含子6进行多态性检测,并应用SAS软件采用最小二乘法拟合线性模型,对不同基因型与牛部分经济性状进行关联分析。结果表明,CTSB基因内含子6的T5357C位点与大理石纹和活重2个经济性状显著相关,其中AA型大理石纹评分显著地高于BB型(P<0.05),BB型活重显著高于AA型(P<0.05)。上述结果为T5357C作为肉牛部分经济性状的分子标记提供了一定的理论依据。 174 hybrids(Simmental×Luxi cattles) were used to examine the SNP(single nucleotide polymorphism) of the intron 6 of CTSB gene by PCR-RFLP.A T/C mutation was identified at position of T5357C in CTSB gene(NC_007306).The effects of the mutation on the meat quality and carcass traits were analyzed.The results showed that T5357C polymorphism significantly associated with the marbling trait and live weight(P0.05).Genotype of AA had better marbling grade than BB genotype;Genotype BB had a better live weight than AA.Thus T5357C might be a good marker for two economic traits.
