摘要
采用动态吸附柱研究了大洋多金属结核矿对废气中的SO2 的吸附,考察了SO2 浓度、废气流速、吸附温度及时间对吸附效率的影响。结果表明,SO2 的最高吸附率可达99 % ,1 g 结核矿吸附SO2 可达045 g ,吸附后可增重55 % 。用3 m ol/ L NaOH 溶液对吸附后的结核进行再生,再生率可达99 % ,所得再生母液中的Na2SO4 质量浓度可达120 g/L,再生后的结核矿可以重复使用。
Sorption of SO 2 using ocean polymetallic nodules is investigated using a dynamic adsorption column. The authors study the effects of SO 2 concentration, gas velocity, adsorption temperature and time on the adsorption capacity of ocean polymetallic nodules, thereby establishing the optimum technological conditions, under which one gram ocean nodule can adsorb 0 45 g SO 2 and its weigh is increased by 55% by adsorption. The adsorpted SO 2 is eluted with NaOH solution (3 mol/L), obtaining regenerated nodules for reuse and regenerated mother solution containg up to 120 g/L Na 2SO 4.
