复方芪竭膏对大鼠创伤模型愈合影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨外用中药复方芪竭膏(Compound-QiJie Cream,COJC)促边大鼠皮肤创面愈合的作用及机理。方法:取SD大鼠60只,建立大鼠创伤模型。实验分成A、B、C共3组,每组20只。A组为模型组,B组为京万红对照组,C组为复方芪竭膏组。分别于伤后3、7、10、14天时间点观测创面愈合率;HE常规染色显微镜下测新生肉芽组织厚度;分别在第1周、第2周时取肉芽组织,测EGF、TGF-β1、Collagen-I的含量;最后观测创面平均愈合时间等。结果:B、C组第7、10、14天创面愈合率均优于A组;C组第7、10、14天创面愈合率较B组优(P<0.01);B、C组创面愈合时间均优于A组(P<0.01):C组创面愈合时间较B组优(P<0.01)。伤后第7、10、14天,B、C组肉芽组织厚度均较A组厚(P<0.01),伤后第14天,B组与C组肉芽组织厚度无差异(P>0.05)。造模1周、2周后,C组EGF、TGF-β1、Collagen-I含量明显升高,与其余各组比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外用中药复方芪竭膏能促进皮肤创面愈合,其可能机制是通过提高EGF、TGF-β1、Collagen-I的含量来提高胶原蛋白的含量以促进创面愈合。 Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of compound preparation of TCM QiJieCream(CQJG)on rats skin wound.Methods:Full thickness excisional wound on the back of rats were used as wound models.The 60 rats were divided randomly into 3 groups and treated with FanShiLing Cream(A),JingWangHong Cream(B),and CQJC(C) respectively.The therapeutic effects were evaluated by measuring the wound healing rate,the thickness of granulation tissue on the 3rd,7th,10th,14th days after wound,by thepathology tectology(HE),observing the biological active factors mainly consisted of EGF,TGF-β1,Collagen-I in one weeks and in two weeks after making model,and taking down the average healing time at last.Results:On the 7th,10th,14th after wound,the wound healing rate,the thickness of granulation tissue of group B、C increased more obviously than those of group A(P〈0.01).Conpared with group B and group C,the difference was obvious in the wound healing(P〈0.01),there was no obvious difference in the thickness of granulation tissue on the14 th days(P〉0.05).And the average healing time group C were superior to the groupA、B.the EGF、TGF-β1、Collagen-I content of the group A elevated both one week and two weeks after making model,group C were superior to the groupA、B.(P〈0.01).Conclusion:CQJG could accelerate healing of wound obviously.And the CQJG could encourage the heal of the wound surface by elevating the contents of EGF、TGF-β1、Collagen-I and Collagen protein.
